Terms of Service for GoBeaFit Personal Training

Welcome to GoBeaFit Personal Training (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, enrolling in our training programs, or using any of our services, you (“you,” “client,” or “user”) agree to these Terms of Service. Please read carefully before using our services.


1. Services Provided

GoBeaFit offers personal training, fitness coaching, and related wellness services, both in person and online. Services may include:

One-on-one training sessions

Group fitness classes

Nutrition guidance (general education only, not medical advice)

Fitness resources provided through our website or software


2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are:

At least 18 years old (or have written parental/guardian consent if under 18).

Physically able to participate in fitness activities and have consulted a physician if needed.

Not using our services for any unlawful purpose.


3. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Fitness training carries inherent risks. By participating, you accept full responsibility for your health and safety.

Our coaches are not licensed medical providers. Nutrition and training guidance is educational and not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Always consult your doctor before starting a new exercise or nutrition program.


4. Payment & Billing

All fees must be paid in full before services are delivered unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for unpaid balances.


5. Scheduling & Cancellations

Sessions must be scheduled in advance through our approved booking system or directly with your trainer.

Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late-canceled sessions may be charged in full.

We reserve the right to reschedule sessions when necessary.


6. Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, are subject to our official Refund Policy stated in personal training agreement signed. Certain services or packages may not be eligible for refunds once purchased.


7. Code of Conduct

You agree to:

Treat staff, trainers, and other clients with respect.

Use our facilities and equipment responsibly and as instructed.

Refrain from abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior.
Violation of this policy may result in termination of services without refund.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, marketing materials, and training programs (including text, videos, logos, and designs) are owned by GoBeaFit and may not be copied, distributed, or used without our written consent.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoBeaFit is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during your participation in training services. You agree to release and hold harmless the Company, its trainers, and affiliates.


10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.


11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to services at our discretion, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or non-payment.


12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.


13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of TEXAS, without regard to conflict of law principles.
